Airbnb hosts efficiency

First and foremost  welcome to my blog, After hosting more than 3000 hosts with this fantastic airbnb experience, I can certainly host you for a few minutes on my blog ! A few words about myself, My name is Hakem, living in Brussels Belgium. Although I graduated as an Electrical engineer, I have spent most my professional career working in IT/Telecom consultancy projects. I got into my first hosting experience in 2013 where I was jobless and desperate to paying my mortgages. I  listed my apartment on Airbnb with a low price and ended up receiving endless text notifications. Anyway, since then I have happily hosted more than 2000 groups  and decided to share today this passion of having the world visiting me and my adoptive lovely city Brussels

As a host, we keep fighting against the lock as to host your guests in time. Especially when this is on top of your existing daily job ! For this reason, I keep questioning myself about most efficient way to run my hosting activity so to ever improve my guests experience and mine ! Anyway, enough talk, I will share with you in this post on how to efficiently organize a guest arrival and that is right from the minute you receive your reservation confirmation e-mail. How does it feel to receive this notification sms ?  a. I am happy and smile and ... of course pray that next guests are quiete and respectful to the  neighbours and my place ;  b.
